Despite No Longer Being a Prince, Predator Andrew Doesn’t Expect to Face Accountability

Prince Andrew's representatives declared victory after the monarchy formally revoked his royal title and evicted him from his longtime Windsor estate, arguing that any further repercussions would violate basic human decency.
The Duke of York, long entangled in the web of Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking operation, settled a high-profile civil lawsuit two years ago with one of Epstein's accusers but has faced no criminal charges to date.
Buckingham Palace confirmed the changes as a direct response to renewed scrutiny over Andrew's documented ties to the late financier, including flights on Epstein's private jet and visits to his properties where underage girls were abused.
Epstein, a convicted sex offender who was murdered in federal custody in 2019, counted numerous high-profile figures among his associates.
Yet, none have endured the public stripping of hereditary honors that Andrew now has.
Andrew's legal team has reportedly advised him that since other Epstein confidants, from politicians to business moguls, continue their lives unscathed by title revocations or indictments, pursuing him alone would look like selective injustice in the court of public opinion.
The fallout comes amid fresh document releases detailing Epstein's network, which implicated Andrew in at least a dozen interactions with the predator before his 2008 guilty plea in Florida.
Those interactions, including a now-infamous photograph of Andrew with his arm around accuser Virginia Giuffre, fueled years of tabloid frenzy and a disastrous 2019 BBC interview where the prince claimed an inability to sweat as an alibi.
Buckingham Palace sources emphasized that the title loss severs Andrew's official ties to the royal family, barring him from using "His Royal Highness" or representing the crown abroad.
"Epstein's little black book has hundreds of politicians and celebrities, and not one has lost a title over it. Why should Andrew be the sacrificial lamb in this farce?" the spokesperson asked.
The Epstein saga, which ensnared victims as young as 14 across multiple countries, led to the financier's 2019 arrest on federal trafficking charges before his jailhouse death halted the probe.
Andrew's 2022 settlement with Giuffre, estimated at around $16 million, included no admission of guilt, allowing him to maintain that all allegations were fabrications by "opportunists."
Prince Andrew will now be officially known as Predator Andrew around the world.
