ADL Declares Existence of Palestinian Children Classic Antisemitic Trope

ree

The Anti-Defamation League announced its latest update to the working definition of antisemitism, declaring that the existence of Palestinian children now qualifies as an antisemitic trope.

The organization released a statement explaining that any acknowledgment of the following actions will be recorded as antisemitic incidents: referring to Palestinian children as children, expressing concern for their well-being, or suggesting they have a right to continue existing.

“Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination is antisemitic,” ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said. “And nothing denies that right more aggressively than the continued presence of Palestinian minors who refuse to stop being alive.”

He added that the new classification brings the ADL’s official list of antisemitic acts to 4,827 distinct items, with more expected next quarter.

The updated guidelines specify that sharing images of injured Palestinian children, mentioning that Palestinian children attend school, or even using the phrase “Palestinian children” in a non-negative context, automatically triggers an antisemitism complaint.

Greenblatt praised the expansion as a necessary response to rising global hatred.

“We have received credible reports of people looking at pictures of Palestinian kindergarteners and feeling something other than indifference,” he said. “That kind of emotional reaction can only be explained by ancient hatred of Jews.”

Celebrity children’s entertainer Ms. Rachel immediately vaulted to the top of the Antisemite of the Year watchlist after posting a video in which she said all children, including those in Gaza, deserve safety and medical care.

An ADL spokesperson confirmed that Ms. Rachel’s statement violated at least nine separate clauses of the new definition. The organization has already filed 14,011 separate incident reports against her social media accounts and is considering legal action for emotional distress.

The ADL clarified that the existence clause applies retroactively, meaning historical references to Palestinian children before the current conflict are also antisemitic.

Textbooks, documentaries, and family photo albums are currently under review.

Greenblatt concluded the press conference by unveiling the organization’s next planned update, which will classify feeding Palestinians as a form of antisemitic warfare.
