Al Qaeda Still Refuses to Take Responsibility for WTC Building 7

ree

On the 24th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, one lingering mystery continues to haunt the nation: Al Qaeda’s refusal to admit responsibility for the controlled demolition of World Trade Center Building 7.

Despite exhaustive efforts by U.S. intelligence agencies to extract confessions through enhanced interrogation techniques, the terrorist organization remains tight-lipped about the collapse of the 47-story skyscraper, which fell symmetrically into its own footprint at 5:20 p.m. on that fateful day.

Building 7, a steel-framed structure housing offices and government agencies, was not struck by any aircraft during the attacks.

Official reports attribute its collapse to fire damage from debris, but many Americans remain convinced that a well-planned demolition brought the building down.

Al Qaeda, widely blamed for the attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, has consistently denied any involvement in the Building 7 incident.

“We’ve tried everything,” said a visibly frustrated CIA operative, speaking on condition of anonymity. “Waterboarding, sleep deprivation, blasting Green Day on repeat for 72 hours straight. They’ll confess to the planes, the Pentagon, even the anthrax letters, but mention Building 7, and they deny it outright.”

A former Guantanamo Bay detainee, released in 2017, offered a cryptic response when asked about Building 7 during a rare interview.

“You think we had the budget for that kind of precision? That’s American-level work,” said Khalid al-Somebody. “Ask your own people about that one.”

Interrogators have grown increasingly desperate, resorting to unconventional methods to break the silence. Reports indicate that one detainee was subjected to a marathon screening of Michael Moore documentaries while strapped to a chair.

“It’s like they’ve been trained to avoid this one topic,” said a Pentagon official, who claimed to have spent years analyzing detainee interrogations.

Al Qaeda’s silence has become a point of pride for some members, who reportedly view it as a psychological victory over their interrogators.

“We don’t know what they’re hiding, but it’s something big,” said a self-described conspiracy theorist from Ohio, who runs a blog dedicated to Building 7 theories.

“If Al Qaeda won’t talk, it’s because someone else doesn’t want them to.”

As the nation reflects on the tragedy of September 11, the enigma of Building 7 remains unresolved.
