Trash Company Hires Democrats Fired for Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Death

ree

A startup waste management firm known as iTrash has unveiled a new hiring initiative aimed at individuals who lost their jobs after publicly expressing approval of Charlie Kirk's assassination.

The company, which specializes in app-based garbage collection services, positions itself as a leader in sustainable urban sanitation.

Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA and a prominent voice in conservative politics, was assassinated by a 22-year-old radical extremist in Orem, Utah, in front of his wife and two young children.

Social media posts celebrating the killing quickly led to widespread terminations across various sectors. Teachers, firefighters, and university staff were among those dismissed, as employers cited violations of conduct policies.

"These people are a perfect fit for the culture we promote at our company," said iTrash CEO Bill Dillon.

Dillon emphasized that the hires would contribute to team dynamics focused on handling society's discarded elements.

The program has already onboarded several applicants, with plans to expand operations in progressive-leaning cities.

One new employee, former educator Sarah Jennings, described her transition. Jennings had been let go from a public school district after sharing a post that praised the assassin's actions as a blow against far-right influence. She now works in iTrash's sorting division.

"This opportunity lets me turn my passion for change into practical work," Jennings said.

iTrash offers competitive benefits, including flexible hours for activism. Dillon noted that the company's mission aligns with fostering an environment where unconventional viewpoints thrive.

A former Democratic strategist, now onboarding as iTrash's director of sustainability initiatives, highlighted the irony of her career pivot.

"It's refreshing to finally work somewhere that values unapologetic enthusiasm for change," she said.

Dillon elaborated on the program's scope in a follow-up email to applicants. "We're not just filling bins. We're building a team that thrives on bold, forward-thinking energy," he said.

"Anyone who saw Kirk's end as progress understands the kind of transformative mindset we need to lead in garbage solutions."

The initiative has already processed dozens of applications, with iTrash committing to fast-track interviews for those with verified dismissal records tied to the incident.
