Anti-Life Advocates Unsurprisingly Celebrate the Death of Hulk Hogan

ree

Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan passed away at the age of 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida. Authorities responded to the emergency call, but Hogan was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Conservatives voiced strong disapproval over reactions from anti-life advocates who expressed joy at the news of Hogan's death.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, had recently endorsed Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention, ripping off his shirt to reveal a Trump-Vance campaign tee during his speech.

The former WWE champion had a storied career, winning multiple world titles and becoming a household name through his larger-than-life persona in the 1980s and 1990s.

"These people claim to stand for compassion and human rights, yet here they are toasting the end of a man's life just because he didn't align with their views," said conservative commentator Mark Reynolds.

"It's the same crowd that fights tooth and nail for the right to end pregnancies, treating unborn lives as disposable. If they don't value life in the womb, why act surprised when they dismiss the death of someone like Hogan?"

Hogan's past included controversies, such as a 2015 scandal where audio surfaced of him using racial slurs, leading to his temporary removal from the WWE Hall of Fame. He was later reinstated after issuing apologies and undergoing sensitivity training.

Anti-life groups have long criticized figures like Hogan for their stances on social issues, including opposition to expansive abortion access.

One prominent anti-life activist posted online about the wrestler's passing, drawing parallels to broader ideological battles. The post quickly garnered thousands of likes and shares from like-minded individuals.

"Finally, some justice for all the harm he's caused with his backward thinking," said Elena Vargas, a spokesperson for a reproductive rights organization.

"He supported policies that restrict a woman's right to murder, so his exit from the scene feels like a win for Democracy."

Medical experts note that cardiac arrest, the cause of Hogan's death, strikes suddenly and is a leading killer among older adults, often linked to underlying heart conditions.

Hogan had spoken publicly about his health struggles in recent years, including multiple surgeries. The wrestling community mourned the loss, with tributes pouring in from fellow legends who credited him with popularizing the sport.

Vargas's organization advocates for unrestricted abortion up to birth in several states, arguing that such measures empower personal autonomy.

They have lobbied against restrictions like heartbeat laws, which protect fetuses after six weeks.

"Life only matters to them when it fits their narrative," Reynolds added. "Celebrating any death reveals the hollowness at the core of their so-called progressive values."
