“We are regularly making sure social media platforms are aware of the latest narratives dangerous to public health that we and many other Americans are seeing across all of social and traditional media.”

We really have come to accept the nearly undisputed fact that the American people are too stupid to think for themselves. When asked what his message is to Facebook and other platforms he’s demanding obedience from, President Joe Biden falsely claimed that liberal social media tech are killing people.
This is quite a serious claim, especially coming from the President of the United States of America who is actively trampling on our First Amendment rights to protect we the people from ‘misinformation.’ A thorough search through the regulated internet revealed there was never a time an autopsy revealed the cause of death to be misinformation. It, then, couldn’t be possible that Facebook, or anyone who uses Facebook, has weaponized misinformation that resulted in death.
Yes, I too am capable of a simple Google search. Of course I see articles from the BBC, NPR, and the Washington Post that use date and math that reveals that misinformation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic is killing people. Where are they deriving this information? Why do so many articles say the same thing? It almost seems like the narrative is driven by an agenda.
If misinformation is killing us, then our public school have failed us. How could so many people blindly be doing what they’re told on the internet? The people have lost the ability to think for themselves, so instead they’ve branded themselves and let others do the thinking for them. It’s absurd to claim that misinformation is resulting in death.
My research concluded that most of the deaths they’re referring to are unvaccinated Republicans or people who question their government who contracted COVID-19 while also suffering from a previous heath condition. While less likely to wear masks and get vaccinated, these people didn’t die from a bad batch of information. They died as a result of personal decisions they made. We seem to forget that this is a free country. We need to start worrying less about what others are choosing, and start worry about taking care of ourselves.
